Sabina Hona, Activation Assistant” from the Programmatic team at Omnicom took the award for the Employee of the Month Poush 2076. The value for the Poush month was “We are all in this together”. Sabina has been one of the key employees at Omnicom. She has displayed behaviors which are essentially required and based on Omnicom’s values. Something which the team has never worked on before, Sabina took that initiatives to lead on the task by not just completing the task but also transferring her knowledge to everyone in the team.
