A “shout out and a huge congratulations” to Dilip Thakuri for taking the award for the Employee of the Month Jestha 2077.
Working with multiple clients and on different projects did not stop him to make a quick turnaround of the projects on time with good quality. He knows well when to switch the priorities. Not holding back with his questions on unclear requirements around the projects and clear communication with the clients made it a huge success to him and his team to deliver a quality work on time.
